As a leader the Restaurant General Manager will be committed to exceeding our guest expectations, every time, every day. The Restaurant General Manager must have a full understanding of P&L, food cost and labor percentage, as well as having the ability to forecast costs and scheduling.

Qualifications:

• The Restaurant General Manager must have high volume general management experience of at least three years
• A passion for mentoring and developing others is a must for the Restaurant General Manager
• A solid track record in achieving financial results is a must for the Restaurant General Manager
• The Restaurant General Manager must be extremely guest orientated with the highest degree of honesty and integrity
• The Restaurant General Manager should make themselves available to the restaurant at all times
