Job Title: General Manager
American Classic Breakfast Lunch and Dinner
Location: LA and OC locations
Compensation: Up to $120,000 total compensation annually
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our restaurant in Bellflower, CA. This role is pivotal in maintaining high standards of service, overseeing training and development, and ensuring the restaurant's profitability and operational excellence.
Implement and oversee daily execution of established training standards.
Foster the continuous training and development of assistant managers.
Strategically plan for future business needs and growth opportunities.
Direct and supervise all day-to-day activities within the restaurant.
Address customer feedback promptly, ensuring both positive and negative comments are communicated to staff effectively.
Conduct weekly staff meetings to maintain team alignment and focus.
Lead monthly safety committee meetings, upholding the highest standards of workplace safety.
Drive initiatives to increase the Adjusted Net Profit percentage of the unit.
Assist in developing and supervising the strategic marketing and operational plans of the company.
Offer guidance and training to trainees assigned to the restaurant, ensuring a robust talent pipeline.
Proven experience in a general management role within the restaurant industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Excellent organizational and planning skills, with a focus on future business needs.
Ability to respond effectively to customer feedback.
Experience in conducting effective meetings and training sessions.
Financial acumen with a track record of increasing net profit.
Strategic thinker with experience in implementing marketing and operational plans.

During high school, Lucas began his career as a busser and moved up the ranks and was a part of the managing team within three years while going to college.
