Title of Position: General Manager
Job Description: The General Manager will be accountable for all functions of the restaurant. Recruiting, training and developing the hourly staff not just to meet, but to exceed expectations. Leading by example and creating a teamwork centered environment will be expected as the General Manager. Providing consistent performance feedback to staff will play a significant role in maintaining our successful employee retention. The General Manager will be responsible for all administrative functions of the restaurant. This includes but is not limited to inventory management, product ordering, labor management, budgeting, scheduling, P&L and in restaurant human resource functions. The General Manager will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to develop their knowledge and understanding of such functions. As the General Manager you’ll also be responsible for facility maintenance, safety and security.
