Title of Position: General Manager
Job Description: As the General Manager you will be responsible for all overall functions of a single restaurant. The General Manager will be fully responsible for guest service and will ensure satisfaction by following the daily management agenda. Our ideal candidate will have experience with a scratch kitchen and full-service background. Selecting, training, and coaching a strong team will be the responsibility of the General Manager. Scheduling, mentoring and counseling the restaurant personnel will also be functions of our General Manager. A successful General Manager will lead by example and provide immediate feedback to ensure compliance with all state health and safety regulations as well as company policies and procedures. The General Manager will also be held accountable for administrative functions of the restaurant including inventory control, product ordering, labor control and budgeting- P&L
