Title of Position: Restaurant General Manager

Job Description: As a Restaurant General Manager, you will manage daily operations and train and support staff and other management to ensure quality food in a clean, safe and efficient manner. As the Restaurant General Manager, you will oversee recruiting, hiring, training, motivating and coaching crew members and their retention. Our Restaurant General Manager will prepare all necessary operational reports and develop appropriate action plans to resolve unfavorable financial and/or sales trends, plus develop and implement a marketing plan.

Qualifications:

· The Restaurant General Manager must be extremely guest orientated, with the highest degree on honesty and integrity
