Title of Position: General Manager

Job Description: The General Manager will have the responsibility for managing the daily operations and delivery of the customer promise, specified restaurant outcomes (sales, profitability, guest counts, and Team Member engagement). Important responsibility areas include financial controls, operations, guest satisfaction, people development, and compliance. The General Manager in this position will be in charge of the restaurant’s P&L performance, will analyze monthly operating statements and determine the causes of variances, and manage operational expenses to maximize profit potential.

Qualifications:

  • The General Manager must be extremely guest orientated with the highest degree on honesty and integrity
  • Open availability is a requirement for the General Manager
  • The ability to drive positive sales and raise guest counts is a must for the General Manager
  • The General Manager must be passionate about and thrive on the development and mentoring of others
  • This position requires a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a General Manager
