Job Description:

The General Manager will be expected to lead their team of managers, ensuring they motivate the team to work diligently, maintain their enthusiasm, and stay excited about the dynamic and ever-evolving restaurant industry. This involves not only providing guidance but also fostering an environment where creativity and innovation thrive. The General Manager must mentor and develop managers by offering constructive feedback, setting achievable goals, and encouraging professional growth. Additionally, they will supervise and motivate the staff, ensuring that each team member feels valued and integral to the restaurant's success. Acting as a positive role model, the General Manager will embody the values and standards of the establishment, setting a high benchmark for conduct and performance. They will be responsible for managing the restaurant's financials, which includes budgeting, forecasting, and maintaining profitability. Inventory control will also be a crucial part of their duties, requiring a keen eye for detail to optimize stock levels and minimize waste. By balancing these diverse responsibilities, the General Manager will play a pivotal role in the restaurant's overall success and sustainability.

Qualifications:

• This position requires a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a General Manager in a high-volume environment
• The General Manager must be passionate about, and thrive on, the development and mentoring of others
• The ability to drive positive sales and raise guest counts is a must for the General Manager
• Trust, honesty, integrity and a true passion for customer satisfaction is a requirement for the General Manager
• The General Manager should always act as a “brand ambassador” for our company
