Title of Position: General Manager
Job Description: The General Manager is responsible for profit and loss which includes: forecasting of sales, controllable profits, and making adjustments as business conditions indicate, while maintaining and increasing the level of store sales. The General Manager will also ensure food, service and team quality standards at all times and would manage the hiring and developing of restaurant staff, as well as, maintain correct staff scheduling to service customers. The General Manager also projects a professional presence in the restaurant and conducts meetings each period for planning, training, and reviewing management procedures and policies, as well as, the crew members.

Scott Lacy is the Gecko Hospitality Franchise Partner in Oklahoma and New Mexico. He brings almost 30 years of experience to the Hospitality Industry, starting at the age of 18 working as a chef for a small restaurant. Scott then began a 16-year career with Ryan's Family Steakhouse in 1995. When Ryan's was acquired by Buffet's Inc. in 2007 I was promoted to Area Director and worked overseeing 9 stores.
