Are you a driven, experienced leader ready to take the reins of a dynamic entertainment venue with a robust food and beverage component? We’re seeking a General Manager to oversee an established location in the Fredericksburg area.
This senior leadership position offers the opportunity to manage a team of 100+ employees and oversee annual sales of $5M. We are looking for tenured candidates with exceptional leadership skills and a proven track record of success in high-volume environments like national restaurant brands, Dave & Buster’s, or Bowlero. 
What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead Operations: Oversee all daily operations including food & beverage, entertainment, and guest services to deliver an unparalleled experience for every visitor.

• Drive Success: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales and profit goals while elevating operational excellence.

• Build Teams: Recruit, train, and lead a team of up to 100 employees, fostering a culture of enthusiasm, collaboration, and accountability.

• Manage Financials: Oversee inventory, procurement, cost control, and financial targets to ensure maximum profitability.

• Deliver Excellence: Maintain top-tier cleanliness, safety, and regulatory compliance in a dynamic environment.

• Be a Community Leader: Cultivate strong relationships with staff, local vendors, community leaders, and corporate stakeholders.

• Blended Background: Expertise in both food & beverage and entertainment experiences, ideally with national restaurant brands or similar high-profile operations. 

• Proven Leadership: 5+ years of GM-level experience managing large teams and annual revenue of $5M+.

• Career Stability: A steady, progressive leadership career path that showcases your ability to grow within organizations and deliver results at each stage.
