- Deliver exceptional guest experiences while driving profitability and operational excellence.
- Apply expert knowledge of P&L management to ensure financial health and growth.
- Recruit, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team to achieve operational goals.
- Drive results through strategic leadership, creativity, and a hands-on management approach.
- Proven track record in entertainment or hospitality leadership, managing high-volume venues.
- Prior experience managing large teams (100+ employees) and developing subordinate managers.
- Strong expertise in operational management and P&L analysis.
- Passion for creating memorable guest experiences while balancing business objectives.
- Hands-on leadership style with a results-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Base Salary: $90,000 - $100,000
- Additional Earnings: Performance-based bonuses
