We are currently seeking a high level Restaurant General Manager in the Knoxville, TN area. The Restaurant General Manager in the Knoxville, TN market will be responsible for running all day to day operations and report directly to ownership. The General Manager will oversee a large team of staff that is preparing and serving made from scratch food to large number of guests daily. The responsibilities will include but not be limited to hiring, training and retaining staff, financial results, technology roll outs and guest satisfaction. Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of Restaurant General Manager experience in full service and high volume
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Excellent history of tenure - No Job Hopping
  • Understanding of restaurant financials
  • Ability to work autonomously/self starter
  • High level of restaurant related technology and systems
  • Patience and strategic planning of all change
