We are searching for an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our team of hospitality professionals. Apply today. Title of Position: Restaurant General Manager
Job Description: Our Restaurant General Manager will be responsible for creating an overall easy-going customer-focused ambiance. The Restaurant General Manager will take control of day-to-day operations while managing and maintaining operational targets and goals. Additional responsibilities for this position include recruitment and developing a dedicated team centered on improving sales and sales revenue. Inventory management and maximizing profitability by cost control will also be required by the Restaurant General Manager.

Qualifications:
· Three plus years of general management experience in a high-volume atmosphere is necessary for the Restaurant General Manager
· A requirement for the Restaurant General Manager is a true passion for the development and mentoring of others
· The Restaurant General Manager must be proficient in achieving solid financial results
· Honesty, integrity, and a love for customer satisfaction are all qualities that the Restaurant General Manager should possess
· The Restaurant General Manager should always be able to provide consistent support to the success of the operation
