We have an exciting opportunity in the Shenandoah/Harrisonburg area of Virginia for a full service restaurant General Manager.
Local candidates are preferred, some relocation assistance could be provided to the right candidate.
We will also consider a “ GM Ready” manager currently operating at the AGM level and is 100% competent at running a restaurant.
We are targeting managers with a high degree of leadership, integrity and people skills.
General Managers or AGM’ s must have full service with some bar experience.
We will consider experience from corporate, franchised or independent operations.
Candidates with at least $1.2M in annual sales will be considered.
We are a small privately owned restaurant group with multiple concepts throughout Virginia.

Five day work week, no late nights.
General Managers will have minimal time on administrative functions and be able to focus on guest satisfaction, employee development and driving sales and profits.
Local marketing, promoting and community involvement is a plus.
