Are you a seasoned hospitality professional passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences? We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated General Manager to oversee the operations of our prestigious hotel. As the General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of all departments and maintaining our reputation as a top-notch establishment.
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve the hotel's financial and operational goals. Lead by example, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Guest Satisfaction: Continuously strive to exceed guest expectations by providing personalized service and ensuring a memorable experience for each guest.
- Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of all departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance. Implement efficient processes to optimize productivity and maintain high cleanliness and safety standards.
- Financial Management: Monitor and analyze financial performance, including revenue generation, cost control, and profitability. Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize expenses.
- Staff Development: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of hospitality professionals. Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to ensure employee growth and satisfaction.
- Sales and Marketing: Work closely with the sales and marketing team to drive revenue growth through effective marketing strategies, sales initiatives, and relationship-building with clients and partners.
- Quality Assurance: Uphold the highest quality standards throughout the hotel, ensuring compliance with brand standards, industry regulations, and guest expectations.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement measures to mitigate them, ensuring the safety and security of guests, employees, and hotel assets.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with the executive team to develop annual budgets and financial forecasts. Monitor and adjust budgets as needed to align with business objectives.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within the hospitality industry, with a proven track record of success in managing hotel operations.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and employee engagement. Solid understanding of financial management and revenue generation strategies.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in hotel management (e.g., Certified Hotel Administrator) are a plus.
Salary $75K - 80K + Bonus + Relcoation and Temporary Housing
