Are you ready to lead the launch of an exciting new restaurant concept? A premium, casual, full-service restaurant is opening soon in Manassas, Virginia, and we are searching for a talented Restaurant General Manager to steer this incredible opportunity.
About the Opportunity
This brand-new venture is operated by an established and diverse restaurant parent company that boasts an impressive portfolio of successful brands. With anticipated $5 million in annual sales, this restaurant is poised for success, and we’re seeking a hands-on leader to ensure every detail of its launch and operation is seamless.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee All Operations: Lead all aspects of the restaurant’s operations, ensuring excellence in service, quality, and guest experience.
- Manage a Dynamic Team: Build, mentor, and supervise a diverse team of managers, chefs, supervisors, and crew members.
- Drive the Grand Opening: Utilize your new restaurant opening experience to lead the launch from pre-opening initiatives to establishing a strong foundation for long-term success.
- Achieve Business Goals: Keep the restaurant on track to meet performance standards, including hitting revenue and profitability objectives.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a General Manager role within the premium, casual, full-service dining space.Experience with new restaurant openings is essential. You should be a natural leader with a knack for building strong teams and driving operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
