General Manager
Salary $75,000-$80,000.00
Full-service - chef driven/scratch kitchen.

We are seeking a Restaurant General Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience.

Privately held company, well established, and operates in multi-states through a franchise network.

Seeking an experienced restaurant manager to join the team as an AGM/fast track t GM

Ideal sales volumes $3M+ annual sales.

Some full service with bar experience is a plus

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all culinary and service activities
Oversee guest services and resolve issues
Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
Train and manage kitchen personnel
Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations

?Qualifications:

Previous experience in food service or other related fields
Strong leadership qualities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and communication skills
Strong attention to detail
