We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to join our team at our franchised location in Lynchburg, Virginia. As a General Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant environment. This position offers day shift availability, full benefits, a 5-day workweek, and paid time off (PTO).
Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including both front of house and kitchen areas.
Manage a staff of 30-50 employees, providing leadership, guidance, and support.
Ensure the highest level of customer service is maintained at all times.
Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
Monitor and manage the restaurant's profit and loss (P&L) statement.
Develop and train team members for career growth and advancement.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a General Manager in a full-service restaurant environment is required.
Experience running a $2M annual operation preferred.
Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a hands-on role, overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations.
Formal training program completion is a plus.
