Upscale Restaurant General Manager - New Store Opening $85,000 to $95,000

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Service General Manager for a new concept coming to Nashville. This Chicago based restaurant company is bringing a hip, upscale casual brand that as locations across the eastern U.S. The position will offer a great bonus and benefits package along with advancement opportunities. We are looking to start immediate interviews for this position in Nashville, TN.

This is a very high level position with strict experience requirements so please read carefully. The GM will report to the Director of operations and oversee a large management team and staff in a very fast paced and high volume location. The General Manager in Nashville, TN will be responsible for all hiring, training and development of the staff as well as all financial results related to the restaurant.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years as a General Manger in high volume full service restaurants
  • An EXCELLENT history of tenure
  • Strong P&L knowledge and experience in driving sales and profit
  • Development of staff and managers
  • High level knowledge of Liquor, Beer and Wine
  • Experience opening new restaurant locations
  • Very high energy
  • Ability to travel for 6 weeks for training
