Title of Position: General Manager
Job Description: Our General Manager is responsible for the overall operations of the restaurant. Ensuring customer satisfaction and a teamwork environment exhibiting our culture will be maintained by our General Manager. Maintaining a skillful team and developing them throughout their career with us is an essential undertaking of our General Manager. In order to be successful as our General Manager you must possess strong leadership skills and exemplary organizational and sanitary practices. Assuring compliance with our security and general operating policies as well as state health and safety standards will be a top priority of our General Manager as well as the supporting management team. It is required that our General Manager has experience preparing and maintaining P&L statements, controlling inventory, budgeting and growing sales through local marketing. Our General will have great communication skills and have the passion to inspire and lead a great team in the restaurant.
