Title of Position - General Manager
Job Description: The General Manager will oversee store operations through our Core Values and with our Core Values as their guide, will have true ownership in our company. The General Manager is responsible for overseeing all operations from customer service excellence to providing superb quality cuisine. Each new General Manager receives a base salary and 10% of the net income of their restaurant. The person in this position will be able to build a strong team through strong hands on mentoring as well as building profit through marketing and exceptional customer service. Must have a strong understanding of P&L management as well as the ability to analyze financial trends.

She and her husband, Barry, joined Gecko in 2005 and together they have truly enjoyed this exciting career. Ashley also enjoys developing relationships with clients and candidates and feels a great sense of accomplishment when the perfect match is made.
Ashley graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor's Degree in Restaurant, Hotel, and Institutional Management. Ashley has worked in restaurant management for Don Pablo's and The Corner Bakery Cafe where she worked for years as a FOH Manager as well as a Catering Manager.
Ashley enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, playing tennis and golf, and cheering for her favorite sports teams.
