Job Title: Restaurant General Manager
Location: Riverside, California, 92505
Salary: Up to $80,000 per annum, plus bonus and a comprehensive benefits package
Norms, an iconic California-based diner chain, is seeking a Restaurant General Manager for our Riverside location. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the restaurant industry, a track record of excellent leadership, and a commitment to providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that all activities align with our company standards and goals.
Hire, train, and manage a high-performing team, fostering a positive and engaging work environment.
Implement operational procedures for cost control, waste reduction, and food quality, ensuring profitability and high customer satisfaction.
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with corporate office personnel on marketing, promotions, and the maintenance of the restaurant.
Regularly review business performance and identify growth opportunities, implementing necessary changes and improvements.
Ensure the restaurant’s compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Minimum of 5 years of management experience in a full-service restaurant, with at least 2 years as a General Manager.
Proven track record of effectively managing and motivating a team.
Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including cost control, inventory management, and guest service standards.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on guest relations.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
