General Manager – Casual Dining Steakhouse
Location: San Bernardino, CA
Compensation: $75,000 base salary + benefits
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead operations at a well-established casual dining steakhouse in San Bernardino. This role is ideal for a results-driven leader with a passion for hospitality, team development, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Drive sales and profitability through effective cost management, staffing, and guest engagement strategies.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards to maintain brand integrity.
- Analyze financial reports and implement strategies for revenue growth and cost control.
- Maintain vendor relationships and oversee inventory management to ensure consistent food quality.
- Uphold company policies and procedures, driving operational efficiency and team alignment.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience in a high-volume, full-service, or fast-casual restaurant setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Experience in P&L management, budgeting, and operational performance tracking.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Lucas Andrews has over 15 years of experience in restaurant operations and another 5 of that being in recruiting and onboarding and leadership experience. During high school, Lucas began his career as a busser and moved up the ranks and was a part of the managing team within three years while going to college.
