General Manager – Health-Focused Café
We are seeking a passionate and experienced General Manager to lead a thriving café that embraces a health-conscious lifestyle, fresh ingredients, and a welcoming community vibe. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is not just skilled in restaurant operations but also lives and breathes the values of wellness, sustainability, and exceptional hospitality.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $23 per hour (45 hours per week, including 5 hours of overtime)
- Tips average $12 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily operations with a focus on quality, efficiency, and guest experience
- Foster a positive, team-oriented environment, coaching and developing staff
- Ensure exceptional customer service, embodying a warm and inviting café atmosphere
- Manage inventory, vendor relationships, and cost controls to maximize efficiency
- Maintain health, safety, and cleanliness standards in alignment with café values
- Drive sales, engagement, and community involvement through brand-aligned initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 2 years of experience in a GM or AGM role in a café, health-focused restaurant, or similar fast-casual concept
- Passion for healthy living, sustainability, and organic ingredients
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to inspire and motivate a team to provide outstanding service
- Experience with POS systems, scheduling, and cost management

Lucas Andrews has over 15 years of experience in restaurant operations and another 5 of that being in recruiting and onboarding and leadership experience. During high school, Lucas began his career as a busser and moved up the ranks and was a part of the managing team within three years while going to college. Lucas had held many different management positions before transitioning into recruitment.
He grew up in a suburb of Roseville in Northern California, then moved to Southern California to pursue his successful restaurant management career. Lucas’s’ ability to see talent and passion for others makes him an exceptional recruiter.
Lucas is a devoted family man and spends most of his free time with his wife Ashley, and his two sons – Callum and Liam, and daughter Presley. He enjoys football, boating, basketball, hiking and fantasy sports!
