Title of Position: General Manager

Job Description: Our GM will demonstrate exceptional leadership skills by recruiting, training and mentoring the restaurant staff. Responsibilities for the GM also include maintaining a safe, clean and professional restaurant at all times. Managing costs, conducting proper inventories and product ordering will be the responsibility of the GM as well as coaching the management team to have an understanding of these responsibilities. The most important part of the GM position is ensuring every visit to our restaurant exceeds guest expectations. Our GM will be devoted to excellence and inspire the staff to do the same.

Qualifications:

  • The General Manager must possess 3-5 years high-volume Restaurant Management experience
  • Experience creating a safe work environment incorporating teamwork and professional development is necessary for the GM
  • The GM must have previous success in controlling of costs associated with running a profitable restaurant business
  • The ability to handle stress in a productive way is a must for the GM
  • TheGM must have the ability to delegate while maintaining control
