Title of Position: General Manager
Job Description: The General Manager will oversee all areas of operations and floor management. The General Manager is responsible for the efficient and profitable operation of the venue and direct supervision of the venue management team. The General Manager ensures all company standards, policies and procedures are adhered to. The General Manager must ensure that guest satisfaction is the number one priority of the venue team. The General Manager will maintain personal integrity by abiding by and supporting our company’s core values and principals through leadership, positive attitude and with joyful energy.
