Title of Position: General Manager

Job Description: The General Manager for our company will oversee the restaurants management team and associates, and will oversee all daily store level operations. Routine obligations for this position include executing remarkable food service, and operations by managing all dining room, kitchen and catering functions, while directing a motivating your team to provide customer service bringing about genuine smiles from our guests. The General Manager will also be responsible for overseeing the restaurant’s inventory, managing store financial statements and performing administrative tasks.

  • At least 2 years in a General Manager role in a full-service or fast casual concept is necessary for the General Manager
  • The General Manager must have a high school diploma; a college degree is preferred
  • The ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize with efficiency is a must for the General Manager
  • The General Manager must possess the ability to lead, motivate and build efficient work teams
  • The General Manager must enjoy interacting with and servicing others
