Title of Position: General Manager

Job Description: The General Manager is responsible for all around operation and is responsible for the P&L of the restaurant. The person will direct the hourly staff members and the Assistant Manager, including the Kitchen Manager to ensure compliance with company specifications for preparing food, sanitation and administrative and accounting obligation. The General Manager accounts for the development and training of all hourly and management staff in the restaurant, and must have extremely strong leadership abilities.

Qualifications:


  • 2 years prior experience as a General Manager
  • Strong business acumen
  • High School Diploma required/4 year degree preferred
  • Flexible schedule availability
  • Current alcohol and food certifications
  • Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility
