The General Manager/Managing Partner is accountable for all aspects of the wash location and its operations. They are responsible for meeting and exceeding established volume, revenue, and profitability goals by continuously seeking ways to innovate and improve. We are looking for a great leader who is willing to build the business and reap the rewards of our profit-sharing program. Casual Dining / Restaurant Management experience is ideal and skill sets are similar. Multi-unit experience is also a plus. Our rapid growth has provided many opportunities for growth and development!
Compensation
The compensation package includes a base salary + premium pay, a great bonus structure, and a generous profit-sharing program! Companywide average annual income includes:
Year 1: $70k - $90k | Year 2: $90k - $100k | Year 3: $100K - $130k
Schedule
Full-time is based on 47 hours a week, 5 days a week. Any hours worked over full-time are compensated at $30/hr.
Tidal Wave’s Site Leaders work morning shifts, which means being home in time for dinner!
Duties & Responsibilities
· Manage scheduling, and labor costs of a team of 10-20 employees.
· Deal directly with all customer questions and concerns.
· Perform limited admin work and quick checks on equipment.
· Able to attract, recruit, train, and develop employees at every position.
· Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
· Maintain a clean and organized facility, landscaping, and equipment rooms.
