Title of Position: Restaurant General Manager

Job description: The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for leading the restaurant operations. This person will lead the managers and team members by demonstrating leadership grounded in our core values. This person will enable the team to keep our promise to guests by consistently providing a superb dining experience. A successful Restaurant General Manager is always contributing in the delivery of balanced results through our systems and methods, which ultimately leads to steady growth in sales and profits through personal, people, business and leadership results.

Qualifications:

  • The Restaurant General Manager should always be able to provide consistent support to the success of the operation
  • Trust, honesty, integrity and a true passion for customer satisfaction is a requirement for the Restaurant General Manager
  • The Restaurant General Manager must be proficient in achieving solid financial results
  • A true desire to mentor and develop others is a trait the Restaurant General Manager must possess
  • High volume, full service experience of 2+ years as a Restaurant General Manager is a must for this position
