Salary: $55,000 - $80,000 + Bonuses

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities):
- Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain product quality.
- Develop strategic plans in collaboration with the Management Team, focusing on staffing, marketing, and overall growth.
- Consistently meet key financial and performance targets.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members to create a positive and successful workplace culture.
What We’re Looking For (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of high-volume restaurant management experience (QSR experience is a major plus!).
- Proven track record of achieving financial goals and building empowered teams.
- Excellent communication skills and a true desire to inspire and develop others.
- Integrity, honesty, and a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality.
- Previous kitchen management experience is a bonus but not required.
