Job Description: As a General Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading our team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while ensuring operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth functioning of the establishment. Managing a team of approximately 20 dedicated employees.
Upholding high standards of service, cleanliness, and adherence to company policies. Implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
Collaborating with various departments to achieve business goals.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and vendors.
Monitoring and analyzing financial performance, making data-driven decisions.
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you should have:
Extensive experience in restaurant management. Proven track record of achieving operational targets and enhancing customer satisfaction. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging situations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
