We are currently looking for a Restaurant General Manager to join our team! If you have a passion for providing customers with an unforgettable dining experience, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all culinary activities, ensuring top-notch quality in ingredients and food preparation.
Oversee guest services and promptly resolve any issues that may arise.
Train and manage kitchen personnel to maintain high standards of performance.
Create and adjust staff schedules to meet the needs of the restaurant.
Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations.
Qualifications:
Previous Management experience in food service .
Strong leadership qualities and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Must be a high-powered General Manager with experience in generating sales of $10 million or more.
Ideal candidates will have a background in an upscale casual environment, with a focus on motivation, training, and driving sales.
