Now Hiring: General Manager
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our team to success. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in operational excellence, team leadership, and financial management.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily business operations and provide strategic direction.
- Manage budgets, drive sales, and improve revenue.
- Hire, train, and inspire a high-performing team.
- Ensure the highest level of customer service is provided.
- Enforce compliance with all regulations and policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
- 5+ years of management experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in business software and analytics tools.
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience in upscale, casual environments, including experience managing events and private dining.
