You must have volume experience exceeding $2.0M annually.
Title of Position: General Manager
Job Description: As our General Manager, we want you to be the best and take the reins of the restaurant so we are able to grow to new levels together! We will expect you to dream big and to take pride in promoting a great company culture. The person in the position must be passionate, innovative and understand how to inspire others because you, as the General Manager will be the leader your team will turn to you for direction. A few of your primary focuses will be coaching in the moment and developing of your team while managing the restaurant's P&L. Do you like being involved with your community? That is one of the General Manager's top priorities. We give our Managers free reign to venture out and get involved in the community with charity events, fundraisers and sales building initiatives. We foster a tradition of ownership especially with our General Manager.

Qualifications:
•The General Manager should always be able to provide consistent support to the success of the operation•The General Manager must live by a guest orientated philosophy and show honesty and integrity in all things
•A solid track record in achieving financial results is a must for the Restaurant General Manager
•A true desire to mentor and develop others is a trait the General Manager
•This position requires a minimum of 3 years' experience as a General Manager
