Job Description: Guest Service Manager

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Guest Service Manager at our prestigious hotel.

Salary: $50K - $55K

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the guest service team to ensure exceptional service delivery in all aspects of the guest experience.
• Develop and implement guest service strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Train and mentor team members to provide personalized and memorable guest interactions.
• Oversee the front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations, to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Monitor guest feedback and address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the guest service experience.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and development to team members.
• Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment for both guests and employees.

• Requirements:
• Proven experience in a hotel industry's guest service or front office management role.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in using hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledgeable about the local area and attractions to provide recommendations to guests.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
