Title of Position: Head Chef

Job Description: Our Head Chef must be detail oriented and highly committed to excellence. The Head Chef must have excellent communication skills and will be accountable for all culinary aspects. Selecting, coaching and developing an outstanding culinary team will be among the responsibilities of the Head Chef as well as maintaining consistently excellent cuisine and coming up with new and exciting menu items for the guests to enjoy. Developing the team to exceed expectations and to abide by all safety and health standards is crucial as our Head Chef. All back of the house administrative and financial duties pertaining to the kitchen and all other culinary aspects will also be the responsibility of this position.

Qualifications:

·      Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a fast-paced environment is a requirement of the Head Chef
