Title of Position – Head Chef
Job Description: The experienced and creative Head Chef will lead and inspire our back-of-house (BOH) team. This dynamic role involves managing day-to-day kitchen operations, developing innovative vegan menu items and weekly specials, and ensuring every dish meets our exceptional quality standards. The Head Chef will oversee ordering, inventory, and supplier relationships, while expertly controlling food and labor costs to drive financial success. Leadership is at the heart of this position, with responsibilities including training and mentoring staff on preparation and execution. Collaborating with managers and owners, the Head Chef plays a key role in delivering an unforgettable guest experience, seamlessly blending culinary excellence with hospitality.
