Title of Position: Assistant Manager 

Job Description: The Assistant Manager would provide support to the General Manager 

throughout the daily operations, as well as, managing shifts to ensure company standards are 

maintained and would also aid in the development, supervision and monitoring of all team 

members. The Assistant Manager would perform operational activities such as inventory control, 

scheduling, sanitation, preparing and preserving stock and monitoring food supplies and would 

also communicate and abide by all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications 

• This position requires a minimum of three years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager in a 

high volume  

• The Assistant Manager must be passionate about, and thrive on, the development and 

mentoring of others 

* The Assistant Manager must be hands on and willing to work in the kitchen

• The ability to drive positive sales and raise guest counts is necessary for the Assistant 

Manager 

• Trust, honesty, integrity and a true passion for customer satisfaction is a requirement for 

the Assistant Manager 

• The Assistant Manager should always act as a “brand ambassador” for our company
