We are seeking Restaurant Service Managers and Kitchen Managers to guide daily operations and foster a supportive, engaging work environment.

Qualifications

Successful candidates will bring the following to the table:

• 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role within the restaurant industry
• Exceptional team management and motivational skills
• Proven knowledge of restaurant or kitchen operations, including inventory management, cost control, and food safety regulations
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to address challenges professionally
• Familiarity with implementing company policies and procedures to ensure success
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• A degree or certification in hospitality management is a plus

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless service in both front-of-house and kitchen environments
• Lead, coach, and inspire staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
• Manage inventory, monitor and control food and labor costs, and drive restaurant performance
• Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction
• Collaborate with the General Manager to develop strategies for restaurant success and profitability
• Participate in hiring, training, and scheduling to maintain a high-performing team
