Title of Position: General Manager
Job Description: Our ideal team member will serve as the 'face' of our company and work with our guests to design the perfect blend of food, drinks, games & teambuilding for corporate and social events. The General Manager will require networking skills to create strong relationships in the community, great multi-tasking abilities, and the desire to succeed! Our General Manager must enjoy working in a fast-paced, multi-faceted atmosphere, this person must have an outgoing personality with outstanding verbal and communication skills. An eagerness to learn and love developing new sales skills are assets we look for, along with someone who truly enjoys hospitality!

Qualifications:

  • The General Manager must have at least 2 years GM experience in high-volume full-service or entertainment playdium venue
  • Must be passionate about, and thrive on, the development of others
  • A solid track record in achieving financial results and experience with forecasting
  • Extremely guest orientated with the highest degree of honesty and integrity
  • Minimum 2 years with all previous employers
