Title of Position: General Manager
Job Description: Our ideal team member will serve as the 'face' of our company and work with our guests to design the perfect blend of food, drinks, games & teambuilding for corporate and social events. The General Manager will require networking skills to create strong relationships in the community, great multi-tasking abilities, and the desire to succeed! Our General Manager must enjoy working in a fast-paced, multi-faceted atmosphere, this person must have an outgoing personality with outstanding verbal and communication skills.   • The General Manager must have at least 2 years GM experience in high-volume full-service or entertainment playdium venue
  • Must be passionate about, and thrive on, the development of others
  • A solid track record in achieving financial results and experience with forecasting
  • Extremely guest orientated with the highest degree of honesty and integrity
  • Minimum 2 years with all previous employers
