Title of Position: Director of Sales 
Job Description: The Director of Sales needs to analyze and act on market conditions such as competitors, trends and opportunities. The Director of Sales must develop and implement an annual sales plan and meet expected budgeted sales goals. Our Director of Sales plays a dynamic role in the growth of our business so this individual will require excellent networking skills to create strong relationships throughout an assigned territory and the desire to succeed! Ability to establish a specific sales growth plan for your territory, while using appropriate interpersonal, communication and organizational skills to execute a sales plan and ultimately grow market share.

Qualifications:

  • The Director of Sales must have high volume management experience of at least 3 years
  • A true desire to mentor and develop others is a trait the Director of Sales must possess
  • The ability to drive positive sales and raise guest counts is a must for the Director of Sales
  • The Director of Sales must live by a guest oriented philosophy and show honesty and integrity in all things
