We are thrilled to announce a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Hotel Executive Housekeeper, at our brand-new hotel in the picturesque city of Asheville, NC.

The Role
As the Hotel Executive Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness across the property and ensuring a comfortable and memorable stay for our guests. You will lead a dedicated team of housekeeping staff and work closely with other departments to maintain our commitment to excellence in all aspects of our operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring adherence to high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Develop and implement housekeeping systems and procedures, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage housekeeping staff, providing regular training and mentorship to ensure maximum productivity and excellent service delivery.
- Coordinate with the front office and maintenance departments to address any guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and guest amenities, ensuring timely replenishment to avoid shortages.
- Ensure adherence to safety and sanitation regulations, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for both guests and staff.
Requirements
- A degree in hospitality management or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel housekeeping, with a strong focus on luxury and international exposure.
- Demonstrable experience in managing teams and implementing operational procedures.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
