The Role

As the Hotel Executive Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness across the property and ensuring a comfortable and memorable stay for our guests. You will lead a dedicated team of housekeeping staff and work closely with other departments to maintain our commitment to excellence in all aspects of our operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring adherence to high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Develop and implement housekeeping systems and procedures, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage housekeeping staff, providing regular training and mentorship to ensure maximum productivity and excellent service delivery.
• Coordinate with the front office and maintenance departments to address any guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and guest amenities, ensuring timely replenishment to avoid shortages.
• Ensure adherence to safety and sanitation regulations, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for both guests and staff.

Requirements

• A degree in hospitality management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel housekeeping, with a strong focus on luxury and international exposure.
• Demonstrable experience in managing teams and implementing operational procedures.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
