Title of Position: General Manager
Job Responsibilities: The General Manager is responsible for all aspects of operations of the hotel, from day-to-day staff management to guest and client relations. The General Manager provides leadership and strategic planning to all departments in support of service expectations, maximizing operations, overall guest satisfaction to maximize full profitability. The General Manager must plan, organize, direct and coordinate the operations of all the hotel. The General Manager also evaluates changes in guest needs, the hotel’s guest mix, and industry and competitive trends to recommend appropriate product/service and operational changes to be made to ensure guest and employee satisfaction, and to maintain market dominance and exceptional financial returns. While we like our General Manager to be business-professional, we also want someone that isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and lend a helping hand when needed.

  • The General Manager should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong customer/client focus 
  • A minimum of five to seven years’ experience as a hotel General Manager is required
