Title of Position: General Manager

Job Responsibilities: The General Manager will oversee all aspects of Property Management in accordance with Mission, Culture, and Commitment to Hospitality and is responsible for maximization of financial performance, team member recruiting, training, and development, and surpassing guest expectations. The General Manager leads by example by embodying the Company’s Mission, Culture, and Commitment to Hospitality and coaches and motivates all team members to also embody these values while consistently delivering exceptional service. The General Manager will ensure that all brand and Company standards are followed and maintains an excellent relationship with the brand by striving for high Guest Feedback (SALT) scores and Quality Assurance inspection scores. Qualifications:

· The General Manager should always be able to provide consistent support to the success of the operation

· Trust, honesty, integrity, and a true passion for customer satisfaction is a requirement for the General Manager

· The General Manager must be proficient in achieving solid financial results

· A true desire to mentor and develops others is a trait the General Manager must have

· High volume experience of 3+ years as a General Manager is a must for this position
