Title of Position: General Manager
Job Responsibilities: The General Manager maintains responsibility for the successful and lucrative operation of the hotel. The General Manager must maintain the highest possible standards of the hotel’s sanitation and safety conditions for customers and employees, according to State and City regulations. The General Manager oversees all aspects of the guest experience from start to finish. The General Manager must exercise independent judgment and model the standard in the day-to-day performance of job duties. The General Manager must also ensure that company policies and procedures, including safety, security and health requirements, are implemented and maintained consistently.

Qualifications:
· The General Manager should always provide consistent support to the success of the operation
· Trust, honesty, integrity and passion for customer satisfaction are a requirement for the General Manager
· The General Manager must be proficient in achieving solid financial results
· A true desire to mentor and develop others is a trait the General Manager must have
· High volume experience of 3+ years as a General Manager is a must for this position

Rhonda Gingell started working in the restaurant/hospitality industry while in high school as a waitress with Mazzio’s Pizza. While attending College of the Ozarks working on her Hospitality Degree she worked overseeing server training for Candlestick Inn in Branson, a premier upscale dining restaurant overlooking downtown Branson.
