Sales Manager- Upscale Boutique Hotel

Philadelphia, PA

Salary up to 110k

A prestigious upscale boutique hotel in Philadelphia is on the hunt for a seasoned professional to join our team as the Sales Manager. This role is an incredible opportunity for someone with a proven track record in hotel sales and a deep understanding of the Philadelphia market.

As our Sales Manager, you'll be the force behind acquiring group and transient business accounts. You'll focus on expanding relationships, which has always been a cornerstone of our success in Philadelphia.

The key responsibilities for the Sales Manager include:

  1. Implementing a strategic sales action plan tailored to the Philadelphia market.
  2. Prospecting and networking to uncover new business opportunities.
  3. As Director of Sales, you'll ensure repeat business by nurturing existing client relationships.
  4. Skillfully negotiating contracts to meet or exceed our revenue goals.
  5. Utilizing Salesforce CRM to streamline processes and drive sales efficiency.

Our ideal Director of Sales should have at least five years of experience in hotel sales and hold a Bachelor's Degree. Strong communication and organizational skills are crucial for this role. Knowledge of Salesforce CRM is a significant advantage.
