Title of Position: Sales Manager
Job Description: The Sales Manager is a key position within the hotel responsible for acquiring and maintaining a solid base of customers ensuring the hotels continued success and profitability. The Sales Manager is also responsible for managing a team of sales professionals serving as a strong and motivating leader. You will need to meet or exceed top-line revenue and RevPar Index goals, along with working with the team on developing and executing a strong pricing and revenue management problem. Hotel Sales experience is a must. The Sales Manager must have an outgoing personality and great people skills. Attention to detail and organization and having the knowledge of local area and contacts is preferred.
