Key Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality dishes in accordance with our established recipes and standards
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations at all times
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to streamline cooking processes, thereby reducing wait times and enhancing customer satisfaction
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to the procurement team, ensuring the availability of necessary ingredients
- Contribute to menu development by providing innovative ideas based on current culinary trends and customer preferences
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Comprehensive knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and safety protocols
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is highly regarded
- Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
