Title of Position: HR Coordinator
Job Description: As an HR Coordinator at our upscale dining restaurant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the human resources department. Your key responsibilities and duties include maintaining employee records, processing new hire paperwork, assisting with payroll administration, scheduling interviews and conducting initial screenings, managing employee benefits, and conducting orientation sessions for new hires. Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing and enforcing company policies, tracking employee training and development, providing support to department managers on disciplinary actions, coordinating employee performance evaluations, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. Daily, you will be involved in handling employee inquiries, resolving HR-related issues, and updating HR databases and systems to ensure accurate record-keeping.
