Title of Position: Human Resources Director

Job Responsibilities: A Human Resources Director is responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the HR department including selection, recruitment, benefits, compensation, education, development, training, on-boarding and more. Specific requirements of this position are knowledge all employee relations matters as they relate to Federal, State and local employment and civil rights laws,, termination processes, representation at local job fairs and budgeting. This role is crucial to the success of the resort. By maintaining an upbeat attitude and consistently engaging with employees, this position will sustain a positive environment for everyone.

  • MUST HAVE AT LEAST 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
  • MUST HAVE AT LEAST 5 YEARS ONSITE HOTEL EXPERIENCE
  • PHR , SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP Certification Preferred
  • Computer literate
  • Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language
  • Strong communication and service skills
